3.Solutions designed by engineer

The jacket fermenting tanks is used for wine fermentation and is a closed loop, so we need provide a open loop . There are two different types cooling system, please see below.

If you have different requests, please contact us, we will provide the comlete new solutions for your special demands.

  • 1). The chiller made with a Stainless steel water tank with coil as evaporator, the cold water out from the chiller will go to cool the jacket tank.
  • 2). Customer need add a water tank outside, so our chiller need to cool the water in the tank at first, then use the water in the tank to cool the fermenters, this is mostly used for large system, to cool multi jacket tanks at the same time. ---------- the chiller shoule be made with closed loop---- shell and tube.
