Adhesion enhancing agent for powder coatings

Jietonda® K7920 is an adhesion enhancing agent for powder coating, it can improve the wettability and transfer efficiency of powder coating to substrate effectively,especially used on stainless steel substrates and galvanized substrates or glass.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Jietonda® K7920 is recommended to be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on PES/TGIC,PES/HAA, Epoxy, Hybrid, polyacrylate and Polyurethane.
　 ● Used on stainless steel substrates and galvanized substrates to improve adhesion.
　 ● Improve the flexibility of the film and do not influence the weather resistance.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix K7920 with other components of formula before extrusion.
　 ● The usage level is 0.8-1.5% by total weight of formula.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25 Kg per bag.
　 ● Store in cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
