DBJP rotary disc filter is a new generation filter designed by our company by absorbing German technologies, which could be widely used in effluent and standard process of sewage treatment plants, upgrading the water processing level from Primary B standard to Primary A standard, replacing the original sand filtration process, greatly improving the purification efficiency and being already widely used in sewage treatment plants.

Operating principle

The water flows from the sump outlet into the equipment inlet, then evenly distribute water to the disc through the sink in the disc center. Raw water is finely filtered from disc inside to outside. After the suspended flocculent in the raw water is finely filtered in the inner side of the disc, filtered water goes into the pool (cabinet), and then flows out through effluent weir board.

Rotary disc filter is vertically installed which is composed of several precise rotary filter disc onto the central drum. Each rotary disc consists of semicircle fan slices. Precise stainless steel filter cloth is installed on the surface of component and the hole size of the filter cloth can be customized ranging from 2μm to 300mm.

Features

  1. This product is inlet-outlet type. Water in the pool is level A effluent water, unlikely to grow blue algae and the effluent effect is ideal.
  2. This product using gravity inflow principle, running resistance is not more than 100mm water column and total head loss will not exceed 300mm water column.
  3. 316L stainless steel precision filter cloth of high quality, which effectively ensures the disc cleanness and working life, is easy to clean, with no need for chemical cleaning.
  4. This device with strong adaptability can be produced not only in cabinet type but also in filter chamber type. Generally cabinet type is suitable for sewage treatment plant with capacity of 10,000 tons per day to 20,000 tons per day, while filter chamber type is more economical for sewage treatment plant with capacity over 20,000 tons per day.
  5. The design of rotary disc filter of our company is based on foreign advanced technology combining our own unique design. All discs can be disassembled separately, which makes the cleaning and replacement very easy. Also the low price greatly reduces the equipment cost on one-time investment and long-term maintenance.
