The IXPE XPE XLPE sheet extrusion line is a master sheet production line for processing IXPE(or XPE), Which can be used to process low-density polyethylene, foaming agent, crosslinking agent and other sheet extrusion, the width of the sheet is 300-1000mm,and the thickness is 0.1-3mm.

IXPE (irradiation crosslinked polyethylene foam sheet) is produced with high temperature foaming after radiation cross-linking of the electron accelerator(no chemical bridging agent)on the extruded materials from filling mixing with polyethylene modified polyethylene, meeting RoHS.

XPE(chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam sheet) is a polymer foam materials made by mixing polyethylene with various fillers and adding chemical crosslinker and foaming agent.
