1 After the filter element is wound with linear hot melt adhesive, the large air filter can be kept under greater air pressure, and the inner and outer protective screens and the filter paper are always fixed in their original positions.
2 The filter element is wound with linear hot melt adhesive, which can prevent the filter paper from being pressed and cause no gap between the paper and the paper, and avoid the increase of resistance.
3 This machine can adjust the glue distance of the product through PLC program and computer control according to the different products, and can be used to inject two kinds of ring and spiral casting rings.
4 Glue injection can be adjusted by electrical appliances, so that the inner and outer circles can be injected simultaneously or separately to run smoothly.
