Application:

A Processor machine is used to wash off the unimaged area in the developer tank from the imaged CTP plate so that the image comes out. After processing, the imaged plate could be applied on printing machine to do the offset printing. So it is an important step. We have 3 formats to suit the different plate sizes. Also, Customer could choose the automatic feeding to work with their online CTP, or manual feeding processor to work with their offline CTP machine.Below you will find the images of machine as a whole and as sections.

Online prepress Producing line
Processor machine working with autoloader, online CTP and stacker in customer site,linking by convenyor, for your reference. So the customer could save labor and achieve high automatic working level. We can offer all of these machines.

Offline prepress Producing line
Customer only needs to buy offline CTP and processor only so that the prepress room could work. This will require at least one work to take care, to load the CTP plate on the CTP machine and the processor machine.
