Description

Full Servo Intelligent Window Patching Machine - FMW-800HS

Standard equipments:

1. Auto Paper Feeding Section.
It adopts independent servo motor and photoelectric cooperation, and intermittent paper feeding mode.

2. Gluing Section.
It adopts photoelectric induction automatic transfer glue, which can adjust the left and right positions of glue with out the machine.
High hardness stainless steel roller gluing are adopted, which can be pulled out in parallel during cleaning
Equipped with photoelectric detection, it will automatically pop up when there is a lack of paper to ensure that the belt is clean.

3. Laminating Section.
The high hardness drum slitter is equipped with air suction and blowing functions.
The cutter is independently servo driven, which can switch between low-speed and high-speed operation modes, and digitally adjust the length and size of the film.
The suction film roller adopts independent phase gear, which can adjust the front and rear fitting position of film and carton without stopping the machine.
Equipped with tissue box film cutting function.

4. Paper Receiving Section.
The paper receiving section adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and stacking paper receiving.
