To ensure optimum results, it is important to store ink cans vertically and protect them from light. When using inks in higher temperatures, it is possible to encounter issues such as misting or ink/water problems due to low viscosity. Additionally, high sot gain can be a concern. By taking these precautions, you can achieve the best outcome for your project.
Tips before ink processing and after processing.
Don't judge ink color by its packaging alone. Inks in the container appear thicker and darker than when printed, which can lead to mistaking black for blue or red. Nitrogen may be added to the ink to prevent oxidative drying, resulting in bubbles. Rest assured that these bubbles will disappear during the inking process and won't affect printing quality.
During prolonged printing pauses, it is necessary to clean the rolls and apply antioxidants to the ink duct. Always remove any skin found in the opened container, no matter how small it may be. Avoid refilling the original ink with the ink mixed with printing aids. Let's maintain a positive approach to ensure smooth and efficient printing processes.
