Q2: Where is your factory located?

A: Our CTP Processor machine factory is located in Shanghai. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory!

Q3: What is the lead time for your products?

A: The standard lead time is 30 days. However, we can expedite the process for urgent orders.

Q4: Are your machines certified?

A: Yes, all our machines have been certified by SGS and CE.

Q5: What is the warranty period for your machines?

A: EcooGraphix offers a 1-year warranty for spare parts (including print heads).

Q6: What are your payment terms?

A: Our standard payment terms are 30% TT deposit and 70% balance before shipping, or LC at sight.

Q7: What about installation and after-sales technical support?

A: We provide comprehensive installation support and necessary training. Our engineers can travel to your location, with the buyer covering the round-trip airfare, service charges, and local accommodation costs. We offer 24/7 support for any issues or questions.
