Automatic Online Die Cutter With Thermal Foil Stamping TDS790

Brief Introduction

TDS790 automatic die cutting & hot foil printing machine is consisted of feeding unit, main unit and delivery unit. Non-stop feeding and delivery, electrical control system are available with the machine. The inserter, pre-stack, stripping unit, BECKER pump and thermal embossing are all for you options. It is used for automatic stamping roll material, after printing, lamination.

Suitable for the production of paper boxes, paper cups, wrapping labels, cardboard embossing, portable paper bags, paper covers, PVC, various plastics, etc.

♥ Gripper Bar
Adopting high-strength aluminum alloy to prolong the endurance and lighten the weight, and the design is especially suitable for thin paper.

♣ Gearbox Clutch
Intermittent system protects the machine from overload, and torque transfer system adopts the ball-filling groove design. Asymmetrical design can transfer the force perfectly, and also be reset easily after overload.

Main Features

1) Main unit drive is using AC inverter control. The air clutch is imported for machine's running and break.

2) Micro-processor composed of PLC and program to monitor running of whole machine. More visual sketch plus word trouble indications in touch screen on the main unit to enable you to find trouble caused in shortest time to reduce machine down time.

· Precision worm gear crank toggle driving system ensures smooth and dynamic lower platen movement

· Precision stationery upper platen

· Chase locking by hand

· High quality gripper bar driving chain

· State-of-the-art 2 cam index gripper bar driving system to ensure smooth and precise gripper bar intermittent movement


Foil Stamping System

· Five servo motor driven foil pull shafts, each individually programmable for short step and long foil stepping 3 axes in longitudinal directions; 2 axes in transversal direction

· Stamping console with industrial pc, Pro-Face touch screen and 6 thermometers for foil setting and temperature control with machine pre-heating timer

· Heating base with 6 heating zone each temperature individually adjustable

· Warning system for foil length
