13mm thickness all weather fully cast in site sandwich type polyurethane synthetic running track system equivalent to synthetic consist of 9mm thick resilient cushion layer of polyurethane (PU) Binder bonded with SBR granules by paving machine and red ethylene propylene diene monomer( EPDM) granules size 2-4mm sprayed to permanently embedded on top of SBR layer in accordance to IAAF requirement.

Full Pu Athletic Track Instructions:

Perfect integration with nature, only need to add a very small amount of water in the plastic, mix for 2 minutes evenly, spray on the base wait 24 hours to dry naturally, and then spray EPDM anti-skid surface twice, can be completed. Short construction period ,about 1 week.

Application Area

PU 4:1 Full-pu track material is used as a sandwich system which provides good force reduction and is construction on a casr in place basement of rubber crumb applied with clear PU binder, the base layer is sealed with a combination of rubber dust and two component PU material, with a final topping coating and EPDM rubber granule broadcast onto a flood coat of PU compound.

PU 4:1 Full-pu track material is also used as Full-PU system is a high performance system cast in place with two layer recycle SBR granule mixed with elastic PU flood coat and finished with a topping of EPDM rubber granule broadcast onto the PU compound.
