Acrylic coated tennis court surfaces are popularly used in many tournament venues around the world.

SDONG acrylic surfaced tennis court is an application of multiple layers of acrylic materials (e.g. resin, paint, etc) on a base surface, commonly concrete or asphalt. In very basic terms an acrylic surface is composed of a filler / levelling coat(s) on a base surface which is then covered by a coloured finishing surface.

Packaging & Delivery

 One- component PU primer 30kg/barrel & wood case Two- component top-coating paint, 11kg/barrel or 22kg/barrel 

Constructions

1.Waterproof treatment: First floor need to be waterproof processing.

2.Substrate treatment:Polish,Repair,Dust Remove,according to the substrate condition.

3.Epoxy primary coat:Using good sealing ability, strong adhesion of epoxy primer for the first paint,Enhance the surface adhesion.
4.Epoxy intermediate coat:Using the trowel painting with epoxy resin for several times.
5.Painting with Epoxy Floor Paint,the floor will be bright and clean when finished,color uniformity,no bubble.
6.Construction finished:Walking after 24hours.Heavy pressure after 72hours.
