Product Description:
In a fabric dust collector, dust-laden gas is drawn through a breathable fabric, usually in the form of tubular bags of varying diameters and lengths, through which the gas passes through the fabric and retains the particles. During this process, the gas is filtered and the clean gas comes out of the dust collector/bag filter. The separation of solid particles from gases through textile filter media at very high temperatures is an essential part of industrial processes, helping to recover valuable materials and improve pollution control.

Higher Temperature Resistant: Fiberglass filter fabric has excellent heat resistance up to 260°C continuously and 288°C for intermittent periods.
High Tensile Strength: Fiberglass cloth is one of the strongest textile filters, having greater specific tensile strength than steel wire of the same diameter, at a low weight, it leads to higher strength and durability of filter bags.
Dimensional Stability: A filter bag made up of fiberglass, display low elongation, and contraction under load and temperature. This characteristic is critical when a high level of dust collection particles is required.
Good Chemical Resistance: Like glass itself, treated fiberglass fabric is highly resistant to attack by most chemicals.
Good Air Flow and Better Filtration: Different weaving patterns and textured filament yarn in weft improve filterability and reduce blocking.
Application:
Glass Fiber Filters - These are glass mat filters composed of 15–60 μm glass fibers with high porosity. These are the most commonly used filters in residential furnaces and air conditioning systems. They are low cost. Their purpose is to protect the system from debris that can damage air system components such as fans, motors, cooling coils, and heat exchangers.
