Large Diameter Size Silicone Coated Fiberglass Sleeving, Heat Resistant Sleeves
Description for High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Fiberglass Sleeving
High Voltage Silicone Rubber Extruded Fiberglass Sleeving has many uses and is recommended for the insulation of leads and connections in electrical and electronic components (transformers, coils, relays, solenoids, etc.) where temperature extremes from -70°C through 200°C are encountered. It's made with a combination of silicone and rubber extruded onto a braided fiberglass sleeving.

Features:
The silicone rubber-coated sleeving is the only flexible insulating material appropriate for continuous service in ambient temperatures from -70°C through +200°C.
environmental: Resistant to moisture, corona, ozone, radiation, compression set, fungi, most chemicals and solvents, weathering, flex fatigue and thermal degradation.
Flammable: Burn slowly and even under severe fire conditions, the coating maintains its electrical integrity by forming non-conductive ash.
Application:
silicone rubber bushings are used in appliances, motors, and generators as well as automotive, marine, and aircraft electrical and electronic components such as transformers, coils, relays, etc. that require a 200°C thermal rating. In addition to being ideal for heavy-duty insulation in high-temperature environments such as die-casting and plastic molding, Vargas Silicone Rubber Sleeves are also suitable for extremely low-temperature environments such as high altitude and aerospace applications.
