It has wide range of applications including General Purpose Washers, Automotive, Motorcycle, Industrial, Electronic, Construction, Garden Equipment, Fitness Equipment, Sanitary Wares, etc.

Depends on different working environments, rubber washer select different rubber material to ensure its peformance, list some commonly used material as below:

♦ EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene), excellent ozone, perfect weather and heat aging resistance, low cost, suitable to be used at outside. But poor resist oil, solvents, and not resist gasoline. High tensile strength, but a low compression set.

♦ CR (Neoprene), moderately resistant to both petroleum oils and weather (ozone, UV, oxygen), good resilience and abrasion, moderate water resistance and poor solvent resistance. A excellent compression set, normally used to air sealing.

♦ VMQ (Silicone), outstanding resistance to extremes of temperature with corresponding resistance to compression set and retention of flexibility, excellent resistance to ozone, oxygen, and moisture. Poor fuel, oil resistance.
