Convoluted Silicone Hose With Steel Rings Heavy Duty Silicone Hose for the Transportation Industry

4 Ply Aramid Cloth Convoluted Silicone Hose is manufacturing from high quality VMQ silicone rubber. Silicone rubber has a number of advantages but it is most commonly known for and used due to its resistance to extreme temperatures. Unlike EPDM, silicone has excellent resistance to exterme temperature, it can stay stable and keep its physical properties up to 220°C and high temperature silicone can withstand up to 260°C.

Silicone rubber also has excellent ozone and heat-aging resistance. 4-ply Aramid cloth reinforcement with wrapping technical process. We made silicone hoses using 2,3,4,5 or 6 plies of fabric depending on diameter, wall thickness and construction dependent on working conditions and flexibility required. Convoluted Silicone Hose is an ideal best choice for high temperature heavy duty environment of Transportation Industry including Automobile, Truck, Bus, as well as Construction machinery, Agriculture, also Forestry machinery, etc. ​
