High Temperature FDA Braided Silicone Hose Lines Hydrogen Fueling Hoses

Silicone Hose for Fuel Cell of Hydrogen Power Systems is designed to meet the application of fuel cell for trasmtting fuel, oxidant and coolant. It is manufacturing from food grade silicone hose as linner layer to ensure the cleaness on the surface that will not affect the functional capacity of fuel cell. Multi-ply aramid cloths wrapping for reinforcement. The excellent ozone, weather, aging and high/low temerature resistence make the hose to be an idea choice for high-performance hydrogen fule cell cars, FC bus, etc.

In addition to use food grade silicone as inner layer, which contains no pigment or other additives typically found in standard silicone compounds, we built up a dust-free workshop, using deionized water to clean the hoses before shipment. Our QC team control the whole processing of the production.Testing standards: Conductivity < 5 μS/cm, Electrical Resistivity > 10^12 Ω·cm , Cleanliness foreign matters < 210mg/m^2, No Sulfuretted Hydrogen,SO2,Extractables.
