High Performance Silicone Reducer Hose Shiny Blue Silicone Radiator Coolant Hose

For the different diameter of steel pipe assembly, and the soft connector of rubber hose need reducer diameter to fit. The steel mandrel is made according to the drawing of hose.

Currently silicone hose manufactruing process has been a mature technic, but needs big manual operation for wrapping. Silicone cloth rolling process in Goodyou is technology-leading in China. The cloth material (including mesh cloth, weaving cloth, PET cloth, aramid cloth, etc) and its construction are chosen according to the specific working pressure and temperature.

Attribuite to the high temperature and excellent ozone resistance, silicone hoses are recommended to use in the heavy duty radiator coolant system. This elastomer solution is widely applied in modified car and sports cars. The blue color hose is widely popular, which is very shiny beside the engine. The high working temperature of engine requires effective cooling. The coolant become very hot after cooling cycle. In this case, the EPDM water hose isn't recommended because its highest temperature resistance can not meet this application.
