Applications

ELECMAN® 1-5/8" * 13/16"(41*21mm) galvanized steel strut channel ES-500 is used to mount, brace, support, and connect lightweight structural loads in building construction. These include pipes, electrical and data wire, and mechanical systems such as ventilation, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems. Strut channel is also used for other applications that require a strong framework, such as workbenches, shelving systems, equipment racks, etc. Specially made sockets are available to tighten nuts; bolts etc. inside

4.Multiply values in upper line by 0.5 to obtain ALLOWABLE CENTER CONCENTRATED LOAD at 25000 PSI Stress. Deflection by 0.8.

6.For punched channel, reduce weld limited loads by 0.75 due to 4" weld spacing.
