​DC brushless pump, simply,its function is to use the DC brushless motor as the power to pump the air out from the container, or directly pump air into the atmosphere. DC brushless pump, because of DC brushless motor, it has long life and often be used in conditions which need a long time continuous working . For example, on-line gas extraction,gas pumping, gas circulation, and so on. Because of its small size, light weight, also called a micro brushless DC vacuum pump, micro brushless DC pump, brushless motor vacuum pump, speed regulating vacuum pump, gas sampling pump, long life vacuum pump.

Brushless DC Pump uses the principle of permanent magnet brushless DC motor which are built-in circuit board, the housing structure designed to form the chamber for operating fluid flow, characterized by security, because there is no brush friction, so there is no spark; high efficiency, low power consumption (energy-efficient, effective power of 70%) than brush motors and long life , low noise.

Environmental testing requirements about micro 24v brushless pump

1 Steady-state heat and wet 60%rh High humidity can affect the electrical performance of the motor
2 Temperature Shock The pump was placed at -20 ℃ environment ,after 1h immediately placed at + 70 ℃ ± 3 ℃ environment for 1h.This is for 1cycle. After 50 cycles was returned to room temperature.0.5h later,pumping power test is conducted. The pump should be able to work properly; fasteners should not loose , in working condition pump’s body should not be leakage when block pump’s outlet. too high temperature affect pump’s parameters, life and electrical performance
3 High temperature test Pump is at 70 ℃ ± 3 ℃ environment for 48h. Then take it out. After 0.5hours later, at room temperature power pump. Fastening points should be no loose. The pump can work normally. Its performance and parameters can not change.
4 Low temperature test For 72 hours,pump is at -20 ℃ environment. Then take it out. Power the pump and test it.( when testing the pump,pump’s body can not have ice ). Fastening points should be no loose. The pump can work normally. Its performance and parameters can not change. In too low temperature,motor cannot be started
