High Precision High-Speed Linear Rotation Electric Linear Rotary Actuators RM-ZR-20-40-T

Direct-drive actuator (RM-ZR-20-40-T) is a high-end device integrated with augmented intelligence. It adopts an original motion control algorithm, which can achieve high-precision, high-speed, and high-efficiency “linear + rotary” motion. It can also avoid overshoot during high-frequency contact, protecting the delicate workpieces. RM-ZR is suitable for multiple fields, such as:

·3C electronics industry: assembly, handling, assembly, testing, etc. of electronic product components;
·Semiconductor industry: flexible grasping and mounting of small workpieces such as wafers, chips, etc.;
·Industrial automation industry: detection, assembly, etc. of components such as switches, buttons, etc.

Direct-drive actuator can achieve ultra-high precision control of force, position, speed and rotation angle, and realize combined motion. It can contact the workpiece surface with high speed and small force, quickly and flexibly pick and place the workpiece, and avoid the overshoot force damaging the delicate and fragile workpiece.
