Integrated Controller All-In-One Controller PN Bus Control RM-CEP-A-PN-S

The RM-CEP drive controller is designed to provide high-performance motion control capabilities. It incorporates several control algorithms, including model prediction control, force-position-velocity hybrid control, vibration suppression, and constant force control. These algorithms enhance the stability and accuracy of motion control.

The drive current options for RM-CEP include 20, 40, and 60 A, allowing for different power requirements. The controller is highly compatible and can be easily integrated into various systems. It supports three control modes: I/O, pulse, and bus, and has native support for popular industrial buses like Modbus RTU and PROFINET. It also supports industrial Ethernet, enabling seamless integration into different industrial networks.

The RM software control platform provided with the RM-CEP simplifies programming through form-filling programming. This feature makes it easier to create demonstration projects. The platform also allows for real-time or offline collection of process data, which helps optimize process quality. Additionally, the controller offers a complete software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API), supporting multiple programming languages and system environments. This enables users to perform in-depth secondary development and customization according to their specific needs.
