Product Description

1. Element is allowed to work under the following conditions:
A. Air relative humidity is not more than 95%, non-explosive and corrosive gas.
B. Working voltage is not greater than 1.1 times of rated value. Shell should be grounding effectively.
C. Insulated resistance is equal and more than 1MΩ. Dielectric strength: 1.5KV/1min
2. Heater should be fixed at suitable location. Effective heating area must be dunked or put in metal solid. It's strictly prohibited to burn emptily. If find the surface of tube body has scale deposit or carbon form, you should clean it firstly and then use, so as not to affect heat dissipation to shorten its life span.
3. Heating fusible metal or solid nitrate, alkali, asphalt, paraffin wax, etc., you should reduce use voltage, after medium melting, you can rise it up to rated voltage.
4. Heating air element should be with cross and homogeneous permutation, in order to make the element has good cooling conditions and make air flow be fully heating.
5. When heating nitrate, you should consider safety measures to prevent explosion accident.
6. Connection wire part should be put outside of thermal insulation layer to avoid contacting with corrosive and explosive medium and water. Connection lead wire should be able to bear temperature of connection wire part and heating load for long term. Connection wire screw fastening should avoid overexert.
7. Element should be stored in dry place. If insulated resistance is less than 1MΩ because of laying aside for long-term, you can put it in an oven at about 200 degree centigrade for drying, or else reduce the voltage for electricity heating, until recover insulation resistance.
8. Magnesia powder at heater outlet end should be protected from pollutant and moisture infiltration in using places to prevent electric leakage accidents.
9. If it's used to heat mold, it should avoid heating part in the mold external heating. If in the air heating, heat dissipation will be difficult which makes temperature of heater too high, and it will cause short circuit.
