Working principle of small induction smelting furnace:

The three-phase bridge full control rectifier circuit is used to rectify the alternating current into direct current. After smoothing by the reactor, it becomes a constant direct current source. Then, the direct current is inverted into a single-phase intermediate frequency current with a certain frequency (generally 1000-8000hz) through the single-phase inverter bridge. The load is composed of an induction coil and a compensation capacitor, which are connected into a parallel resonant circuit.

Application oOf Small Induction Smelting Furnace:

1. Hot forging is mainly used to heat the workpiece to a certain temperature (the heating temperature is different according to different materials), and then forge the workpiece into other shapes through punch, forging machine or other forms. For example: watch case, watch embryo, handle, mold accessories, kitchen tableware supplies, handicrafts, standard parts, fasteners, machining of mechanical parts, copper locks, rivets, steel drill, hot extrusion of drill tools, etc.

Thermal cooperation mainly refers to the connection between different metals or between metals and nonmetals through the heating of metals and the principle of thermal expansion or thermal melting.
