Application

• Designed to provide protection against dust, dirt, oil and water, these custom stainless steel enclosures are used in petrochemical plants, dairies, breweries, food processing areas and similar environments where they are subject to frequent high pressure hosing and generally wet conditions. They are also designed for use in areas where severe corrosion problems exist.
• It provides ease of fabrication and cleaning, prevention of product contamination, and offers a variety of finishes and appearances. Type 304 stainless steels are used in corrosion resistant electrical enclosures, auto molding and trim, wheel covers, kitchen equipment, hose clamps, exhaust manifolds, stainless hardware, storage tanks, pressure vessels and piping.

• Type: 304 or 316 stainless steel
• Enclosure: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 800 then 1.5mm
• Door: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 600 then 1.5mm
• galvanized Mounting plate:1.5mm till height 800 then 2.0mm

• Excellent corrosion resistance and good resistance to intergranular corrosion
• Excellent hot and cold forming process and performance
• Good low temperature performance.
