Wall Mount Enclosure RAL 7032 Electrical Waterproof Distribution Box
Applications:

Wall distribution boxes in their standard version are electrical equipments of smaller size deigned for placement of devices and other elements of instrumentation and control equipment. They are produced in IP 54 cover.

Wall distribution boxes are manufactured in order to comply with EN 62208 standards. Operating conditions normal according to the standards. Electrical continuity guaranteed by the conductive part of the cabinet.

distribution boxes can be delivered empty, with required modifications according to the documents submitted or with the equipment at the customer´s request.

Protection:


Complies with IP 66 | TYPE 4, 12, 13 | IK 10. For outdoor installation the use of a
rain hood ARF and 100% polyester paint coating is recommended. The corrosion
resistance must be taken into consideration.

Construction

  • Formed 1.2mm or 1.5mm steel.
  • Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
  • Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.
  • Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
  • Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
  • Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.
  • Seamless poured-in place gasket.
  • Collar studs provided for mounting plate
  • Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.
  • Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
  • turn latch and multi-point handle (key lockable) are zinc diecast with epoxy finish.

  • Enclosure: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 800 then 1.5mm
  • Door: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 600 then 1.5mm
  • Mounting plate:1.5mm till height 800 then 2.0mm
