Applications:

The BJS1 Series is a group of steel enclosures used to house electrical or electronic switchgear, control gear and equipment necessary to supply, distribute and transform electricity in industrial installations.
This series comprises an extensive range of standard models made with premium-quality
materials in cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel. Both of these materials are available in BJS1 version
The design and manufacture of this product line is flexible and can be customized for settings that require specific dimensions depending on user requirements and installations.
The full range is accompanied by a set of complementary accessories: mounting plates,
inner doors, canopies, eyebolts, ventilation systems, chassis, etc.

Construction

  • Formed 1.2mm or 1.5mm steel.
  • Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
  • Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.
  • Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
  • Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
  • Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.
  • Seamless poured-in place gasket.
  • Collar studs provided for mounting plate
  • Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.
  • Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
  • turn latch and multi-point handle (key lockable) are zinc diecast with epoxy finish.

  • Enclosure: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 800 then 1.5mm
  • Door: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 600 then 1.5mm
  • Mounting plate:1.5mm till height 800 then 2.0mm
