Waterproof Project Box wall mounted NEMA electrical enclosure box
Applications:

  • Electric distribution box mounted on the wall. Design metal cupboard type with door. IP65 environmental protection, which allows to install the distribution box outdoors. Box completely empty, except one mounting plate fixed to the bottom of the cabinet. Excelence quality and very robust.
  • Electrical Enclosures Are Used For Use As Insulated Electrical Junction Boxes, Terminal Wiring Boxes And Instrument Housings In Wet, Dusty And Corrosive Environments.
  • Along with our standard sized Wall Mounted Electrical Enclosures, we also offer custom options giving you the ability to design a wall mounted Electrical cabinet to meet your specific application needs.

Construction

  • Formed 1.2mm or 1.5mm steel.
  • Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
  • Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.
  • Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
  • Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
  • Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.
  • Seamless poured-in place gasket.
  • Collar studs provided for mounting plate
  • Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.
  • Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
  • turn latch and multi-point handle (key lockable) are zinc diecast with epoxy finish.

  • Enclosure: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 800 then 1.5mm
  • Door: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 600 then 1.5mm
  • Mounting plate:1.5mm till height 800 then 2.0mm
