Description

For monitoring temperature, insulation and mechanism of medium voltage switchgear, we developed an on-line monitoring system.

  1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40°C lower limit general area -10°C;
  2. Height: 1000 m;
  3. Humidity: relative humidity: daily average is no more than 95%, monthly average is no more than 90%; Water vapor pressure: daily average is not greater than 2.2KPa, monthly average is not greater than 1.8KPa; Condensation may occur when the temperature plummets, accompanied by contamination. This product is suitable for the following two more severe than normal environmental conditions:
    • a. Infrequent condensation (no more than twice a month on average) with mild contamination;
    • b. Generally there is no condensation (no more than twice a year on average) with more serious contamination;
  4. No fire, explosion hazard, or gases of sufficient severity to corrode metal and break insulation;
  5. There is no place for violent vibration, jolting and vertical inclination not exceeding 80 degrees.
    • a. Allow storage and transportation at -30°C.
    • b. If the altitude is more than 1000m, it should be handled in accordance with JB/2102 "technical requirements for high-voltage appliances in the altitude area". When the altitude is less than 2000m, the low-voltage auxiliary equipment does not need to take any measures.
  6. If the above normal conditions of use are exceeded, the user may negotiate with the company.
