1. GCK type LV switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50 /60HZ, max voltage 660V, rated current to 3150A system and three-phase four wire and three-phase five wire, it is widely used in
power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, airports, docks and the building of broadcasting and communication center, transmission & distribution and the electric energy conversion, power distribution and power consumption in PC and motor control center MCC
GCK type withdrawerable Low Voltage MCC -Motor Control Center Panel with access in front.
440V Low Voltage MCC Motor Control panel is used for the motor controlling ,to start or close the motor .
~With 400A MCCB as main breaker, 3 nos Amper meter for 3-phase ,The Amp meter is on the purpose of indicating total current of all drawer modulars
~1 x 95 KW /250A drawer modular to control ,start the motor via star- delta. 3 x 15KW /50A & 3 x 7.5KW /32A modulars directly start the motor.
~In each unit inside there installed with MCCB as main switch and thermal overload relay and AC contactors,
Inside additional equipped with 2 medium relays, one relay with coil 24VDC for coming signal from PLC, the other relay for turning on /off from field
2. Range of Use & Purpose
The electrical panels is applied to the distribution system in the power plants, high-rise buildings, chemical industry, and petroleum, metallurgy and textile industries. In the large power plants and highly automated petroleum and chemical industries that require connecting with computers, it is used, as a complete low-voltage distribution equipment, for power distribution in the power generation and distribution system with three-phase AC frequency 50(60)Hz, 380V(400)(600) and rated current up to and including 4000A, and motor centralized-control and reactive power compensation.

1. Indoor altitude above sea level: Maximum installation altitude: 2000m
2. Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃ and the average temperature should not
exceed +35℃ in 24h
3. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40℃. Higher
relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex. 90% at +20℃. But in view of
the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually.

6. This product is suitable for the following temperature transportation storage: -25℃ ~+55℃ 24h, in a short period of time (no more than 24hours) not more than+70℃.
