Introduction to Products

The performances of model S9-M, S10-M, S11-M 22kv series full-sealed oil-immersed distribution transformes conform to Standards IEC. Its core is made of quality cold-rolled silicon sheet and is of a full-miter non-puncture structure and its coil is made of quality oxygen-free copper.

Equipment fully sealed oil immersed power transformer shows the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which achieves good energy saving effect and reduces pollution. Compared with the traditional oil immersed transformer, fully sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air to prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil and the aging of the insulation, thus enhance the operation reliability. Normal operation is maintenance free.

Main Functions And Features

It adopts radiator oil tank of corrugated shteet type or expansion type. As it doesn't need oil conservator, the height of transformer is reduced, and as the transformer oil doesn't contract with air, the oil ageing is retarded, thus prolonging the service life of transformer. The no-load loss of Model S10-M is 20% lower than that of Model S9-M, and S11-M is 30% lower than S9-M.

1. The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is tightly bound to ensure the compactness and reduce noise.

2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. The low voltage winding of 500KVA and below is of double-layer cylinder structure, of 630kVA and above adopt double helix or four helix structure. High-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure.

3. Dyn11 is used in the transformer connection group to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

4. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, with three coats of primer and one coat of finish paint applied on the inner and outer surfaces. The product is salt fog proof, moisture proof and fungus-proofing, beautiful, durable and reliable

5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard and maintenance free under normal operation.
