Product introduction

Our Dry Type Transformers are produced by Germany Hedrich Vaccum Pressure Impregnation equipment, and using our self-developed technology of Epoxy Casting to produce the 10kva to 10000kva power range and step down medium voltage to low voltage transformers. These transformers are used primarily in metropolitan areas and are also found in industrial applications. The magnetic core has a miter step-lap joint to ensure optimum performance and minimum sound levels. The magnetic steel is cut to length in a sequential way and automatically stacked, ensuring dimensional accuracy and single sheet interlacing within the full stack.

Windings
The high voltage winding has a continuous drop down disc with an aluminum strip conductor and double layer insulation. Windings are casted under vacuum with epoxy resin. Transient analysis test has been performed to verify the electrical stress distribution through the windings confirming the highest strength of our design.
The low voltage winding is made of copper or aluminum foil, and insulating foil pre-impregnated with resin. After the winding process, the coil is cured into an oven resulting in an extremely compact winding which can withstand the dynamic stresses produced by short-circuit.

Accessories
All the accessories needed to customize our products to your needs.
The enclosures are made of bolts on steel sheets with removable panels to access connections and tapings. Finishing can be galvanized, painted, depending on the application and your requirements. The design has been optimized in order to secure the requested cooling of the transformer for all levels of protection degree. Enclosures can be shipped assembled on the transformer or flat packed for assembly on site.

1. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, the surface is specially treated with protective resin, and full-inclined seam lamination structure is adopted.

2. The low-voltage coil is of foil winding structure made of high-quality steel foil. The high-voltage coil is of layer structure formed by vacuum epoxy casting technique. Low partial discharge in similar product catalog;

3.This model features high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, good dust-proof and anti-fouling performance. Its service life is longer than other dry transformer.

4. The product’s beautiful stainless steel shell is durable and can provide better protection for the electrified parts of the transformer. It works well outdoors.

5. With excellent moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant performance, the product is safe, fire-proof and pollution-free. It’s especially suitable for working in extremely harsh environmental conditions, and can restart without dry treatment after shutdown.

6. Good heat dissipation performance and strong overload capacity enables it operate with higher capacity when forced air cooling.
