Structural features
1. unique ceramic insulation structure: adoption of insulating cylinder and high frequency ceramic cushion block generates no deformation.
2. VPI process: Nomex insulation material is first applied to high and low voltage coils, and then immersed repeatedly in H-class insulation liquid with special formula in vacuum pressure equipment. After several baking, coils are sealed externally by high-strength insulation material and then solidified at high-temperature. The high voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation.
3. The iron core is made of silicon steel sheet with high conductivity and magnetic properties. A stepping 45 °fully-oblique structure is adopted. The winding and iron core are fixed by elastic device, thus low no-load loss and noise. Surface of iron core is treated by special process. The iron core is moderately clamped by the pull screw, and the up and low clamps are connected by pulling board and fixed with the base and the winding. The winding is fixed by elastic cushion block. This buffer structure can reduce the vibration and noise of the winding.
4. The outgoing line terminal is fixed on the upper part of the winding. The tap changer is in the middle, and the low-voltage line terminal is a plate-type conductive bar, which is faxed by cold pressed welding.
