Applications

The combined American box change is a transformer body, high voltage load switch, fuse and other components.
It is placed in the transformer oil tank. Because it is immersed in oil, the volume of the components is greatly reduced, the structure is more compact, and the installation is convenient and flexible. Fully insulated, fully sealed structure, safe and reliable, easy to operate, maintenance free. Widely used in residential quarters, high-tech centers, factories and mines, airports, stations, schools.

YB series Pre-Installing Cabinet Subsation:
The covering material are: colored steel plate, cold rolled plate, stainless steel, glass-fabric special cement, aluminum alloy and cop per aluminum zinc plate. The insulating medium of medium voltage switch device: can be SF 6, air and vacuum. Transformer can be oil and dry type. Low voltage compartment main switch can be universal breaker, intelligent breaker type.

Ambient Condition:
1. Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~+40℃ ;
2. Altitude: ≤1000 m;
3. Wind pressure: ≤700 Pa;
4. Humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%;
5. Pollution degree: IV;
6. Earthquake intensity: 8 degree.

Product Features

6.The transformer is a three-phase three-column or three-phase five-column structure. The iron core adopts a step joint process or a coil core process, which has low noise, low loss, short circuit resistance and strong overload capability.

7Using the special process of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling, our company will extend this process to 110kV products to 10kV products, which provides a strong guarantee for improving product quality.

8. The cabinet can be treated with anti-corrosion design and special paint treatment according to the requirements of the operating environment. It has the functions of “three preventions”, namely anti-condensation, anti-salt spray and anti-fungal, and can meet the anti-corrosion requirements under high temperature and high humidity environment.
