SCB Dry Type power distribution transformer
Overview & features
SCB epoxy resin pouring dry-type transformer is manufactured in conformity with IEC60726 standards (applicable International Electrotechnical Commission standards), GB6450 standards and GB/T10228 standards (applicable state standards of the People's Republic of China). Frequency: 50Hz. It can be used for electric transformation and distribution of urban power grids. It is primarily applicable for high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, offshore drilling platforms, ships, tunnels, large hydropower stations and railway stations
There is protection shell option, IP grade is IP20,IP30,IP40. the material of the shell is stainless steel,aluminum alloy, aluminium-Zinc alloy coated steel. It is easy for operation,installation and light weight.It won't effect ventilation and heat dissipation, the door can be at both high voltage and low voltage side, or as per your request.
Iron core
The iron core is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with inclined joint structure, core limbs are bound by unidirectional weftless tape of class F. Surface of iron core is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which reduces the no-load noise, no-load current and core noise.
Clamps and fasteners have gone through special surface treatment that further improves the product appearance quality.
High-voltage winding
High-voltage winding applies vacuum casting of stuffing epoxy resin which sharply reduces partial discharge capacity and enhances the electric strength of coils. The inside and outside of the winding is buildup with glass fiber grid overlay which strengthens the mechanical robustness of coils and product's short-circuit withstand capability, the coil will not split forever.
Low-voltage winding
Low-voltage winding applies foil structure which solves the problem of axial helix angle when winds and make the ampere-turn of winding distribute evenly. Meanwhile, the coils adopt axial cooling duct to improve the heat dissipation. Between the layers of winding, it applies DMD epoxy resin preliminary immersed cloth and makes it whole solidification forming.

Low loss:the product no-load loss is 20% lower than the Sc (B) 11 type product with an excellent energysaving effect, economic efficient operation and without maintenance.
Low noise:the product noise level is 10-15 db lower than the existing professional standard JB/T10088- 2004Sound Level of 6- -220KV Transformer
Low partial discharge:resin mixture adopts foreign leading-edge mixing method and film type vacuumdeaerator to evenly mix the mixture and remove the bubble in the bottom part of mixture.
The product low partial discharge which can be controlled at 5PC. Both high voltage and low voltage coils can bepoured in vacuum pressure so as to enable a encapsulating of resin insulation and immersion amonglayers and inter-tums. The poured part has a compact solidity staicture with anti-flaming, anti explosionand environmental protection features. Glass fiber and other raw materials of winding coil have self- extinguishing property and will not producearc due to short circuit. Resin will not produce harmful gas under high temperature.
