MNS Drawout Low-Voltage Switchgear is assembled with modularized components as combination unit (hereinafter called the device). It is applied to AC 50-60Hz @ rated operating voltage of 660V or below for power receiving and distribution of low voltage distribution system and for power switching, distribution and control of power distribution and motor control center as well as capacitance compensation. The switchgear cabinet complies with GB7251.12-2013.
Structural features:
The frame is adopted with C profiles. The mounting holes in ∅5.3mm with module E=25mm on the main framework enables its assembly flexible and convenient.Framework, component door and electrical appliance are made of cold rolled steel plate 2 thickness, and other parts are made of cold rolled steel plate with 1.5 thickness. The panel is cleaned by pickling and phosphating and then electrostatic spraying. Framework, internal partition plate and drawer parts are made of cold-rolled white galvanized sheet or aluminum-zinc sheet, all of which are assembled by self tapping, and the accuracy and firmness of the parts are improved after assembly. Conditions of use
1. For indoor use, the elevation of the service point shall not exceed 2000m.
2, the ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 degrees, not lower than negative 5 degrees.The average temperature should not be higher than +35 degrees within 24 hours.When exceeding, the capacity should be reduced according to the actual situation.
3. The relative high temperature of the surrounding air is +40 ° c and does not exceed 50%, and a large relative temperature is allowed at a lower temperature;If +20 degrees is 90%, consideration should be given to the effect of occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
4. When the device is installed, the tilt with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°, and the whole set of cabinets shall be relatively flat in line with the standard of gbj232-2.
