Oil Immersed Power Transformer

Product description


The iron core of amorphous alloy transformers are made of amorphous alloy. Amorphous alloy

materials have a disordered amorphous state of the metal atoms and a lower loss than the silicon

steel core, achieving the high energy efficiency. The area enclosed by the hysteresis loop of the

amorphous alloy is much smaller than that of the cold rolled steel sheet, so the hysteresis loss of

the amorphous alloy is much smaller than that of the cold rolled silicon steel sheet and the core loss

is very low if compared with the conventional silicon steel sheet iron. The no-load loss of the core

transformer is about 70% lower, which is an ideal low-loss energy-saving transformer. Due to low

loss, amorphous alloy transformers generate less heat, have lower temperature rise, and have very

stable performance.

Special Features:

1. The no-load loss is 20-35% lower than S9, and the energy saving effect is remarkable;
2. The no-load current is 70-85% lower than S9, which improves the power supply quality

of the grid and reduces the line loss;
3. the noise level is reduced, 30-45DB, effectively eliminating noise pollution;
4. S11-M series 10KV low loss fully sealed power transformer has super overload capability;
5. Because the iron core structure is reasonable, the loss is small, and the current is small,

so the temperature rise of the transformer is very low.

6.-High reliability, advances level of performances, reasonable economical indicators.

7.-The core joints are of stepped shape with 3 steps, and the surface of the core is coated

with cured paint to lower losses and noise.

8.-The winding has novel structure and its oil passage is reasonable designed. Its newly

designed insulation structure helps enhance its mechanical strength and the short circuit

withstanding ability.

9.-The oil tank is in various types, all have good outlook.
