Product Introduction

The company manufactures production of S11-M series the whole Sealing Oil-immersed Power Transformer has the advantages of low loss, low noise, high efficiency, can obtain good energy saving effect and reduce pollution. Totally enclosed comparing with ordinary oil-immersed transformer, cancel the oil storage tank, the oil volume changed by corrugated tank elastic corrugated chips to automatically adjusting, transformer is isolated from the rest of the air, to prevent and slow the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhance the operation reliability.

Product Features

1. The no-load loss is 20-35% lower than S9, and the energy saving effect is remarkable;
2. The no-load current is 70-85% lower than S9, which improves the power supply quality of the grid and reduces the line loss;
3. the noise level is reduced, 30-45DB, effectively eliminating noise pollution;
4. S11-M series 10KV low loss fully sealed power transformer has super overload capability;
5. Because the iron core structure is reasonable, the loss is small, and the current is small, so the temperature rise of the

transformer is very low.

·Service conditions

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;

3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5°, and no violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.

7.If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
