Small Light Single Sheave Conductor Pulleys For Stringing ACSR25 to ACSR 500

Our single sheave stringing block is divided into hook, clevis, and other types. The specified type must be clearly indicated in the order form. We can customize the product with special specifications. In the following table, the data of model refers to the outer diameter of sheave × width of sheave (mm).

Single Conductor Pulleys for stringing ACSR 25 to ACSR 500 are made of aluminium/ MC nylon mounted on ball bearings; the groove is lined by a neoprene ring or by wear-proof interchangeable nylon or aluminium wheels. The frame is made of galvanized steel. The pulleys can be supplied with three types of connections: fixed(B), swivel-type(C) or with a hook supplied with safety lock(D). Grounding device or complete conductive sheaves can be supplied on demand.
