Features:

Clutch and hand braking are essential components in the operation of the machine. The clutch serves to transfer the power of the engine to the synchronous movement of the outer cone-shaped block, through the pulley (or elastic coupling device). The disengagement position is located in the middle of the clutch. It is important to note that the clutch contains two bearings, 6205-2Z and 51110. It is recommended to replace the bearing every 1000 hours or based on actual operation. Before assembling, be sure to fill with lithium grease.

The gearbox is another integral part of the machine. It is made up of a shift section, a brake section, and a deceleration section. The shift section transforms into three forward gears and a reverse gear using high-precision carburizing gear. The power is passed to the clutch shaft through a reduction gear. The machine's brake is an overrunning clutch, which has an automatic braking function. Along with the clutch handle, the hand brake provides two sets of brake devices for the construction machine to ensure safety.

The deceleration part of the gearbox contains a three-stage reduction gear that carries out large transmission ratio, small size, and light weight.
