IEC60350-2 Low Carbon Steel Standard Cooking Test Vessels with Lids
1. Introduction
1) The vessels is strictly designed according to IEC/EN60350-2 Figure 4.
2) The vessels is made of low carbon steel having a maximum carbon content of 0.08%.
3) The maximum concavity of the base of the vessel is to be not more than 0.006a.
4) The lid is adapted to accommodate a stirrer.
5) The base of the saucepan shall not to be convex
