Recessed Luminaires Static Torque and Shear Loads Test Equipment as Per IEC60598-2-13 clause 13.6.1 and 13.6.2
1. Introduction
The ground recessed luminaires static torque and shear loads test equipment is designed to meet the test requirements of of IEC60598-2-13 clause 13.6.1 and 13.6.2. It is applied for recessed luminaires to test the resistance to static load, torque load and shear load, tthe purpose is to simulate the stress of such luminaires under their normal use environment, so as to verify their mechanical strength.
2. Working Princinple
Function: Mounted the luminaire with a fixture as in normal use, apply a static load 5000N/min to the glass door of the luminaire through the cylindrical steel punch with a sheet of rubber, apply a 50N torque force through the 1m torque arm and a 50N weight, and a shear force of 5 kN is applied by driving the fixture with a motor.
3. Specification:
