IEC60529 IP Code Probe for IP1X / IP2X / IP3X / IP4X
1. Introduction of IP Code Probes:
IP code probe is a test probe to verify the degrees of protection specified in IEC60529.Test probe A for IP1X test is intended to verify the protection of persons against access to hazardous parts. Test probe B for IP2X test is intended to verify the protection of person’s finger from hazard parts. Test probe C for IP3X test is intended to verify the protection against solid foreign objects of Φ2.5mm and greater and protection of person’s tool from hazard parts. Test probe D for IP4X test is intended to verify the protection against solid foreign objects of Φ1.0mm and greater and protection of person’s wire from hazard parts. Test probe 1 for IP1X test is intended to verify the protection against solid foreign objects of Φ50mm or greater. Test probe 2 for IP2X test is intended to verify the protection against solid foreign objects of Φ12.5mm or greater. All the probes can come with CNAS certificates.
