ISO20653 IPX9K Ingress Protection test chamber High Temperature High Pressure for Auto Parts
1. Introduction
IPX9K testing is the most strictly IP rating, it is applied to test all auto parts besides the passenger compartment. The reference standards includes ISO20653 and DIN40050-9.IPX9K fan jet and jet distribution for test device to verify protection against high pressure/steam jet cleaning. It is applied to electrical equipment in road vehicles, motors, electric components and auto parts to do the waterproof test. After the test, the user can judge if the performance of the product can meet the requirements or not, and then do the re-designing and improvement.
The Test chamber is controlled by touch screen and PLC, the test procedure can be observed via transparent viewing window, the water applied to test can be recycled, and the equipment has protection device if leakage, water break and short circuit.
2. Features

2). The chamber inner and support are made by SUS304# stainless steel.
3). Adopts 7 inch touch screen and PLC core control component, easy to operation and auto control.
4). Adopts high quality stepping motor, set the speed and angle by touch screen.
5). IPD temperature control, set the temperature by touch screen.
6). Test time: 0-999min adjustment, auto stop.
7). Communication function optional, can work with PC to save the data.
