1. Introduction of Lampcap Torque Meter
Lamp Torque Meter is a tool to detect the torque of different lamp caps such as energy-saving lamps, incandescent lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps, and sodium lamps.
HP-10 digital torque meter is a tool for testing the mechanical strength of lamp caps. It can be equipped with different fixtures to measure the torque value of lamp caps of different lamps such as LED bulbs, HID lamps and CFL lamps. The equipment consists of secondary meter, torque device and test fixture (for lamp holders E27/E26, E14/E12, B22d, G5/G13). The peak and lower limit alarms can be preset through the touch screen, and the torque value can be displayed in real time.

3. Working Principle of lampcap torque meter
The instrument is mainly composed of two parts: torque device and secondary instrument. The key to torque testing accuracy is the torque sensor. The instrument adopts strain-type torque sensor, which has the advantages of high reliability, high precision and long life. A resistance strain gauge is attached to the elastomer of the sensor to form a Wheatstone bridge, and an excitation voltage is applied across the bridge. Under the action of torque, the elastic body is deformed, and the resistance of the strain gauge changes, which makes the bridge unbalanced, and the bridge outputs a voltage signal that is linearly related to the torque. The secondary instrument amplifies the voltage signal and sends it to the microprocessor for data processing and display after A/D conversion
