Digital Torque Meter for Lampcaps E26/E27, E14, B22d, G5/G13 and E40
1. Introduction of Lampcap Torque Meter
HP-10 digital torque meter is a tool to test the mechanical strength of the lampcap, it can measure the torque value of lampcaps of different luminaires like LED bulb, HID lamp and CFL lamp by equip with different fixtures. The equipment is consisted by secondary meter, torque device and test fixtures (for lampcaps E27/E26, E14/E12, B22d, G5/G13). The peak value and lower value can be preset by touch screen for alarming, and the torque value can be display in real time.

3. Working Principle of lampcap torque meter
The instrument is mainly consisted by two parts: torque device and secondary meter. The key to the accuracy of torque testing is the torque sensor. The instrument adopts strain gauge torque sensor, which has the advantages of high reliability, high precision and long life. A resistance strain gauge is attached to the elastic body of the sensor to form a Wheatstone bridge, and an excitation voltage is applied to the bridge. Under the action of torque, the elastic body is deformed, and the strain gauge produces a resistance change, so that the bridge occurs unbalanced, the bridge outputs a voltage signal that is linearly related to torque. The secondary instrument amplifies the voltage signal, and sends it to the microprocessor for data processing and display after A/D conversion
