IEC60320-1 Appliance Couplers Maximum and Minimum Withdrawal Force Testing Equipment / Apparatus for Checking Withdrawal Force of Appliance Couplers
1. Introduction
he appliance couplers withdrawal force testing equipment is designed according to IEC60320-1 figure 3 and figure 4 and clause 16 for verification of the maximum withdrawal force of appliance inlet/plug connector, the minimum withdrawal force is verified by inserting the test pin gauge to each individal connector/appliance. The equipment consists of control cabinet, mounting plate, heating device, appliance inlets/plug connector, mass hook, supplementary mass and principal mass. The height of the frame of the device is 550mm, and the distance between the axes of the two columns is 150mm. The appliance inlet / plug connect made of hardened steel with roughness not exceeding 0.8mm.
