1. Introduction

The test apparatus for deflection on screwless terminals is to meet the test requirements of IEC60884-1 clause 12.3.12 and figure 12 for conducting deflection test to conductor connect with screwless terminals and testing the voltage drops. The test apparatus consists by deflecting device and voltage drop meter.

2. Specification

Test current 0-30A
Drop voltage measurement range 0-199.9mv±3%
Test mode A specified conductor properly inserted into a terminal is allowed to be deflected in any of the 12 directions differing from each other by 30°
Direction of the application of the force perpendicular to the straight conductor
Force apply 0.25N, 0.5N, 1N
Working power 220V/50Hz
