Scope: This machine is suitable for enameled wire to rubber, plastic insulators and other materials,

oil resistance test.

Test method: the specimen immersed in hot oil for some time and then remove the specimen, test

the tensile strength, such as the specimen is enameled wire as the film quality.

Test oil: CNS-3562 oil or enameled wire as specified in CNS-3562: Insulating oil as specified in

CNS-1326, test oil (self-contained): CNS-3562 oil or enameled wire as specified in CNS-3562: .

The main parameters:

1) test temperature: rubber, plastic and enameled wire were: 120 ℃, 70 ℃, 100 ℃

2) Time: 1.8 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours (oil resin enamel 6 hours)

3) Test the cup: ф38mm, deep 300mm, ф45mm, deep 300mm of the three

4) enameled wire test slot: 300X200X200mm

5) within the slot size: 300X340X300mm 6) Power: 2KW 7) Size: 54X40X58CM
