1. Usage Range:

Lifting, fixing, binding, traction, etc. Well accepted in various industrial fields especially anti-explosion places. 100% work system to make the required conditions for high-efficient continuous jobs.

2. Features:

1.Overload protection

When the working load is heavier than rated load, the overload protection can make the hoist stopped so to make the hoist life longer.

2.Planetary gear

Two deceleration mechanism accurately and efficiently control the speed ratio.

3.Brake mechanism

Copper brakes effectively prevent sparks harm, and can accurately and efficiently control the hoist up and down speed.

4.Chain wheel

Precision anti-wear sprocket ensure the chain smooth lifting and lowering in the wheel and make the hoist life longer.

5.Air motor

Low air consumption, less maintenance time, high torque, transfer faster lifting speed.

6.Silencer

Internal silencer reduces noise when air excluding.

7.Air supply valve

Precise movement of the piston control the in and out gas so as to make the speed infinitely variable.

8.Protection without air

When the air supply is suddenly cut off, power transmission part will automatically lock the brake directly through the brakes,

9.preventing the load suspended matter in the air free fall.

10.Chain

T8 grade, Anti-aging, contains a sufficient amount of alloying elements alloy steel calibration chain.

11.Limit device

When the load is raised the top of the hoist, the stopper blocking will stop the load continue to be lifted, and open 12.brakes

immediately, so to ensure safety.

13.Chain bag

The size can be booked or can do metal bag.

14.Standard lifting hook

Can choose standard 360 degree rotating hook or copper plating hook which is used in special spark-proof situation.

15.Installation and commissioning

16.Pendant
